We may disclose personal information to: prospective employers and clients in connection with your candidacy and with your knowledge; service providers and subcontractors who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, our recruiting platform, and customer-support tools) under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide those services; and legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
- Mobile Information Sharing Exception: No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent will be shared, sold, rented, or leased with any third parties, affiliates, or prospective employers for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes.

Strict Non-Sharing Disclosure:No mobile information will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or prospective employers under any circumstances. All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to maintain candidate records for future opportunities where you have consented, and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, after which we securely delete or de-identify it.

Shadowgate Partners provides recruitment, candidate sourcing, and related consulting services, including in the defense, intelligence, and space sectors. The Site lets you learn about our Services, submit applications and information, and communicate with us. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Site or Services at any time.
3. Applications and Candidate Information
When you apply to a role or submit information through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it. You are responsible for the content you submit. We use, store, and process your information to provide the Services. - Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, sign up again the way you did the first time.

- Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Agreeing to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for any role or of receiving our Services.
5. Acceptable Use

If you are engaging with Shadowgate Partners Pty Ltd or are located in Australia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
